At Get In Shape For Women, you will perform 25 minutes of interval training after your 30 minute weight training work out. Your cardio training workout will be customized to your ability, and in many cases will start with just walking on a treadmill, or light conditioning on an elliptical trainer. Once you can complete 25 minutes at a moderate level, you will be progressed to HIIT which is more challenging and will produce much greater results.
