Managers

Managers are responsible for the complete operation of our studios. Hiring and training the personal training staff, sales and marketing procedures, and ensuring the studio is following the systematic processes developed that have made our company a success.

You will earn between $50-$70k per year, health and dental insurance, continuing education allowance, paid vacation, and the ability to own your own studio after 12 months of employment.

Personal Trainers

You will train, motivate, and support our clients to reach fitness goals they never thought possible. Our work out consists of 30 minutes of free weights, strength training machines, and functional training exercises, followed by 30 minutes of progressive aerobic conditioning on treadmills, and cross trainers. Our personalized small group training consists of 1 to a maximum of 4 women at a time working with 1 personal trainer.

Earn between $40-$60k per year, health and dental insurance, continuing education allowance, paid vacation, and the ability to own your own studio after 12 months of employment. Part-time trainers earn $20/hr. plus bonus incentives.
