Managers

Our managers are responsible for the complete operation of our studios. Duties include hiring and training the personal
training staff, supervising sales and marketing procedures, and ensuring that the studio is following the systematic
processes we've developed that have made our company highly successful. You'll earn
between $50-$70K per year and receive benefits that include health and dental insurance,
a continuing education allowance, paid vacation, and the ability to own your own studio

Personal Trainers

You will train, motivate, and support our members to reach and often exceed their fitness
goals. Our workout consists of 30 minutes of free weights, strength training
machines, and functional training exercises, followed by 30 minutes of progressive
aerobic conditioning on treadmills and cross trainers. Our personalized
small group training is made up of 1 to a maximum of 4 women at a time
working with 1 personal trainer. You'll earn between $40-$60K per year and
receive benefits that include health and dental insurance, a continuing education
allowance, paid vacation, and the ability to own your own studio after 12 months
