“Get in Shape has truly changed
I love working out at Get in Shape for Women! My favorite thing about belonging to this gym is that I no longer have to dig deep to motivate myself to work out. At Get in Shape, you have an appointment that you are expected to show up for. No more finding excuses for why you can't quite make it to the gym. The trainers are excellent at motivating you to stick with it and push harder. The atmosphere is comfortable, friendly, and supportive. Every time I walk through the door, there are big smiles and warm welcomes to greet me, from both the staff and other clients. This is the first time in my life that I have actually looked forward to entering a gym. I can't imagine going back to the kind of gym where nobody knows me or cares whether I show up.
