Get In Shape For Women is looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable people to join our team in our studios. Our comprehensive transformation program combines strength and cardio training, along with nutritional guidance and accountability. The small group setting creates a nurturing and supportive environment for our clients to achieve their fitness goals.

We empower women through body transformation. That’s who we are and what we’re passionate about. As part of our team, you will train, motivate, and support our clients to reach fitness goals they never thought possible.

This is so much more than exercise coaching. You are coaching body transformation, and you must be a great motivator.

During each training session, the manager and trainers are checking in with each member to talk about nutrition and hold them accountable to reach their goals. This includes helping with membership renewals. Must be comfortable with sales and motivated to make monthly team bonuses.

The program consists of 4 Components:

Weight Training — to develop muscle and increase metabolism

Cardio — to increase calorie and fat burn and hearth health

Nutrition – we help clients customize meal plans specific to their goals

Accountability — weekly weigh-ins and monthly body-fat assessments
