But lifting without the guidance of a professional trainer can lead to injury, so we’ll make sure you start slow and gradually increase the weight for a safe, effective workout.

Cardio – Aerobic exercise is necessary to burn calories and address your heart health, which becomes more and more important later on in life. Especially in today’s world, technology plays a major role in our day-to-day lives and many of us find ourselves sitting behind a desk for work. That’s why cardio is a key part of the high intensity interval training (HIIT) program at Get In Shape For Women.

Nutrition – Exercise alone is not always enough to see the transformation you hope to achieve with your fitness routine. Healthy dietary changes may be necessary to help you reach your weight loss goals. Our trainers will work with you to create a custom meal plan that fits your lifestyle. Members can also take advantage of KettleBell Kitchen, a meal delivery program to make eating healthy even easier.
