My name is Michelle, and I am a 50 year old single mother to three beautiful daughters, 20, 19, and 17!Around 7 years ago, I was at my all-time high weight of 175lbs and knew I had to get back on track and start living a healthier lifestyle. I began my fitness journey around November of 2015, a few short years later I became group fitness certified, and never looked back. My fitness journey has brought me amazing results, has given me motivation, self-confidence, and has been an unbelievable mental outlet as well. I have met and remain close friends with some amazing people that have helped me along the way and keep me accountable and driven. I love coaching!! I have can motivate, inspire, and change just one person’s life, I am doing my job and the feeling is incredible!

Kristine has been passionate about fitness since she first certified to be a step aerobics instructor during college. Her own health and fitness took a backseat during her years as a Children’s Librarian and starting a family. Fortunately, she discovered Jazzercise in 2005 and became a Certified Jazzercise Instructor in 2010. Despite regular exercise, in her 40s Kristine started to struggle with her weight. She soon learned that what she ate was the key to helping with weight loss goals. So, she adopted a cleaner eating lifestyle, lost 20 lbs., and decided to become a Certified Nutrition Coach to help others reach their goals. Finally, in 2019, Kristine became a Certified Personal Trainer. She loves being a part GISFW, of her client’s health and fitness journey, and seeing them transform as they gain strength, endurance, and confidence.
