Rose was a member of GISFW in Walpole first then in Chelmsford. Although her background is teaching with a master’s in Education, she has always been an advocate of exercise and nutrition. She has a love for the GISFW program and has had success to keep off over 40 pounds for 4 years. The wonderful women of GISFW was her motivation to purchase the Chelmsford studio. She is dedicated to members having a memorable experience, camaraderie, and fulfilling their transformations.
Neil has been a member of GISFW for 10 years. He is the manager of Chelmsford. He has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Physical Education, and Health Fitness Administration. He minored in Health & Business Administration. His certificates include Health Fitness Specialist, from the American College of Sports Medicine, Group Exercise Instructor, from the American Council of Exercise, Kettle Bell Instructor, from Perform Better, also certification in TRX instruction.
Bryant went to Hofstra University on a full college football scholarship. He received his bachelor’s degree in Health Exercise Science. He is certified in personal training from the American Council of Exercise, (ACE). Bryant is a certified coach in GOATA, (Greatest Of All Time Athletes), The science of observing human movement. He is also a Biomechanics Specialist, the study of structure, function, and motion of mechanical aspects of biological systems at any level.
Mara had a great passion for exercise and nutrition from the time she was young. She began running and working out at the age of 14, she was greatly influenced by her father who was an accomplished cross-country star throughout HS and college. Mara decided to follow her passion and graduated with a B.S in Exercise Physiology/Exercise Science in 2004. She has been training now for over 20 years and has been with GISFW for the last 14 years. She also is certified through ACSM and has her Pilates training certification as well.
My name is Michelle, and I am a 50 year old single mother to three beautiful daughters, 20, 19, and 17!Around 7 years ago, I was at my all-time high weight of 175lbs and knew I had to get back on track and start living a healthier lifestyle. I began my fitness journey around November of 2015, a few short years later I became group fitness certified, and never looked back. My fitness journey has brought me amazing results, has given me motivation, self-confidence, and has been an unbelievable mental outlet as well. I have met and remain close friends with some amazing people that have helped me along the way and keep me accountable and driven. I love coaching!! I have can motivate, inspire, and change just one person’s life, I am doing my job and the feeling is incredible!
