Sheela Calhoun – Personal Trainer
Sheela has a passion for helping women at every level obtain optimal wellness. She has a nursing background, holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. is a Certified Nutrition Specialist with AASDN, and is an ACSM Certified trainer. “Watching women blossom into their best self through coaching, training and compassion is why I get up and do what I do every day!” Sheela has been with Get In Shape For Women since 2017. She also enjoys working out for herself, long walks on the beach, gardening, listening to music, taking care of her granddaughter and spending time with family and friends.
