The first two components of our program are weight training and cardio. Our weight training is tailored to you. You won’t be expected to deadlift 500 pounds like a star player on the Boston College football team. You will be guided by a weight program that fits you, your body, and your fitness goals. Our mix of weight machines and free weight exercises guided by our transformation team to help tone your body and turn fat into muscle.

Weight training may get the muscles but cardio is what keeps you from huffing and puffing. Our cardio program will get the blood pumping and the sweat dripping off you. The cardio workouts will complement your weight training and work to shed the pounds off your body. With enough diligence, soon you’ll be able to run from Newton Centre up to Chestnut Hill and back over to Waban!

Good cardio and proper weight training are important. However, without the right gas in the tank you won’t be able to build up good workout habits. That’s why the third key to our program is nutrition. The whole team at our weight loss studio will work with you, and our awesome friends over at Kettlebell Kitchen, to custom design a meal and nutrition plan that works for you. We take nutrition seriously, and we take your goals seriously.

The last point is accountability. Without motivation and a drive to succeed in changing your habits and lifestyle, there’s a good chance that you will fade over time. If you’re accountable to us then we will be accountable to you. The goal of our weight loss studio is to help you find success.
