The first two components of our system are weight training and cardio. Weight training gets you toned and fit. This doesn’t mean turning into a muscle-bound powerlifter. This means finding the right weight training regimen for you and your body. Using a mix of weight training machines and guided free weight exercises, our transformation team will work to help slim your waist line and get you toned.

The yin to weight training’s yang is cardio training. We are going to get you moving a lot. No, you won’t have to run from Hopkinton to Boylston Street any time soon, but our team will get you on your feet and the sweat pumping. Cardio is like a motor and helps increase your stamina and shed pounds off your body.

The third component of our system is nutrition. Without good nutrition there is no fitness. It’s like trying to drive a car with no gas in the tank. Good, disciplined nutrition keeps the gears turning and keeps you progressing through your weight loss journey. Our dedicated team, along with the awesome and amazing people at Kettlebell Kitchen, will work with you to put together a dietary plan that works for you. It’ll taste great and keep you fueled up as you workout.

Our fourth and last component is accountability. We want you to consistently pursue a healthy lifestyle. To do that you must hold yourself accountable to your goals. Everyone at our weight loss studio will be there for you. As long as you’re self-motivated and driven to succeed in achieving your weight loss goals, then the sky’s the limit for you.
