Nikki Ferreira – Manager, Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach

As a former gymnast of 12 years Nikki has always been fascinated by the human body and with helping others challenge themselves both physically and mentally. Nikki graduated from Westfield State University with a Bachelor in Exercise Science in 2014 and that is when she began her fitness career. Nikki truly believes that Exercise is Medicine and genuinely has a passion for health and fitness.

 In the past, Nikki has worked as an exercise therapist working with special population clients. Nikki also specializes in weight management and weight loss for both males and females. She holds her ACSM certification as well as her AFAA certification. Nikki is also certified to teach Balancepointe Barre and R30 cycling. Nikki joined the Get in Shape for Women Team in June of 2019 and has helped clients to succeed and reach their fitness goals & nutritional goals. 

 

Laura Daniels – NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist & Level 1 CrossFit Trainer

Eight years ago she began a journey to recoup her personal health and fitness.  She started at that time with 2 boot camp classes a week, which led to participation in 11 regional and national fitness competitions.  This journey has refocused Laura on her mind, body and personal health.  And with that Laura was inspired to consult and help other women create, achieve, and sustain their fitness, nutrition and overall health and wellness goals.  In doing this she hopes this will transfer to strength and confidence in other areas of their lives, as it has for her.

Laura has been training /coaching for 5 years. She has been part of the Scituate studio for over 3 years.
