Get In Shape For Women is a transformation model focused entirely on results. Our purpose is to empower women through body transformation. Our small group personal training sessions held in our private, upscale studios allow women to achieve the health and fitness goals they’ve always wanted. Get In Shape For Women offers a complete training program encompassing weight training, cardio, supportive nutrition, and accountability in each session. Our experienced trainers hold you accountable by helping you set a measurable and achievable goal, and then hold you responsible to that goal by scheduling your appointments, tracking your progress and checking weight weekly, and body-fat percentages at least once a month. In our model the key to compelling results is the sum of all parts, all 4 components. If you take one out it just doesn’t work.

In our program, we look to help our clients create a meal plan that supports just that – true lifestyle changes that lead to compelling body transformation. This starts with breakfast close to waking, eating something every 3 hours, taking in adequate protein at each meal and working towards I 00 grams a day, making sure you consume at least 1200 calories each day, but not more than I 500, drinking at least a half a gallon of water ( 64 oz) each day, and getting adequate sleep for proper recovery.
The meals we have developed and created will fit well in any blueprint that is focused on body transformation. All meals are under 300 calories and over 20 grams of protein, with great all organic ingredients that have tremendous nutrient density. All meals are lightly seasoned for enhanced natural taste with all organic herbs and spices.
